In the fall of 2005, Stina conducted an additional exploration program of trenching, sampling, reverse circulation and the first ever core drilling conducted on the Property.
Core drilling was completed in September 2005 on two target areas. A total of 1,732 feet were drilled in five holes, three in Northern Area A and two in Southern Area B. Eleven
reverse circulation holes (3,574 feet) were drilled in November 2005 ranging from 80 feet to 550 feet in depth in Northern Area A (6 holes) and Southern Area B (5 holes). The
trench sampling confirmed at least 1,200 feet of vanadiferous beds is the southern part of the property (Southern Area C). Area locations are shown below.
Core Drilling
Diamond drill holes DDH BMK 05-01 and 02 both stopped in mineralized black mudstone with grades of 0.54% and 0.55% V2O5, respectively. Hole DDH BMK 05-03 intersected vanadium
mineralization more than 400 feet below surface, deeper than any previous drilling. The black mudstone, which appears to carry the highest grades of V2O5, shows an approximate
true width of 180 feet and dips to the east. A detailed summary of core drilling results on the Northern Area A is listed below. Core recovery was generally between 93% and 98%.

Stina Vs. Hecla Drilling
Stina's 2005 drilling program on Northern Area A was located between two reverse circulation holes drilled by Hecla 30 years ago (BMK 18 and BMK 19). Stina's Hole No.
DDH BMK 05-01 twinned Hecla's Hole BMK 18, and returned similar results as detailed below, including intersecting similar geology. Both holes were drilled on a decline of
45o. The twinning results provide additional credibility to Hecla's exploration work and resource calculation.

Southern Area B and Southern Area C
The Southern Area B mineralization ranges from 45 to 150 feet in thickness along a trend of about 1,100 feet. The trench sampling on the Southern Area C indicates at least 1,200 feet of vanadiferous strata.
