The property was acquired on March 18, 2009 from Steephollow Resources Inc. of Nevada for a work commitment program of $100,000 within 2 years to earn 100% interest. The
property has since been re-optioned to Trimax Corp of Toronto, ON for a $2M work program (no shares) over a 4 year schedule to earn a 70% interest, with Stina having the
right to buy back 20% after for $500,000 and make a 50% - 50% partnership.
